About me
I provide a professional, friendly, local gardening service with the aim of making your garden a place for you to enjoy.
I will take time to understand what you want from your garden and then work to bring this to life.

My main focus is working with regular clients year round, doing the right thing at the right time through the seasons to help your garden flourish.
This includes:

Managing the day to day running of gardens including weeding, edging, deadheading, cutting back of perennials

Seasonal pruning of Shrubs, Fruit Trees
and Roses -
Lawn care and maintenance

Planting to extend seasonal interest

Establishing and managing compost bins and leaf mold pens to support the health of your garden

Gardening to encourage wildlife
And finally, if there is a problem I can't immediately solve, I will always go away and find out how to or put you in contact with someone who can.
Gardening for Wildlife
Gardens can be places of great joy and this is only increased when we make it a good place for wildlife too. Whatever the size of your garden there is always something that can be done to encourage the wildlife in.
This can include:

Choosing plants for pollinators such as bees and butterflies, including those that extend the flowering season

Creating habitats for insects and birds​

Thinking sustainably about using garden waste to make compost
-
Using natural fertilisers and mulches
-
Using cultural controls for pests and diseases wherever possible
